Some Frisco OG&#8217;s.<\/strong><br \/>\nHere are some real underground Filmore and Hunters Point G&#8217;s who tell it how it is.<br \/>\nHow can your new money self argue this and tell me or anyone that we can not call it Frisco? Go home. We&#8217;re from these streets.<\/p>\n<p>As someone who grew up in Oakland(<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cafepress.com\/oaklandmofo\/12126191\" title=\"the town shirt\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Town<\/a>) and is actually from the area it really makes me wonder how all of these new transplants and <a href=\"https:\/\/oaklandmofo.com\/blog\/gentrification\" title=\"oakland gentrification\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">grentrifiers<\/a> can tell me, an indigenous resident that San Francisco is not referred to as Frisco.<\/p>\n<p>Like, you&#8217;re new here. How can you tell me what it can or cannot be called?!?<\/p>\n<p>Or maybe I&#8217;m wrong? Maybe it&#8217;s just what us in the ghetto have always called it? Even if that were the case, you adapted our word hella. We were saying hecksa in the 80&#8217;s when we were too young to curse. So why say San Francisco is not Frisco when you&#8217;re hecksa about hella.<\/p>\n<p>Either way, I assure you we have always called it Frisco and we&#8217;re not going to stop because you moved to San Fran(no one calls it that) from Ohio to work for Google and are now the pretend authority on the matter.
